SD “MISTRAL-ТSS”, Kozloduy is registered pursuant to corporate file № 1260/1990 with a decision of the Regional Court of Vratza. The main subject of activity of the company has been the construction and the renovation works. Over the past five years the company started trading with construction materials and also started producing and transporting construction materials. SD “MISTRAL-ТSS” owns offices both in Kozloduy and Belene, as well as commercial and warehouse premises in Kozloduy and a modernized concrete producing facility in Belene. The company is also a member of the Board of Directors of „Eko Invest Holding” AD, Kozloduy.

 

Since its foundation the company has permanently and sustainably conducted a commercial activity. It has successfully executed a number of procurement contracts with „NPP Kozloduy” ЕАD, „NEC” ЕАD, branch „NPP Belene”, „Еkо Invest Holding” АD, „Yaitza i Ptitzi” AD, Mizia, „Rastma May” AD, Boychinovtzi, „Loposhna” АD, Georgi Damyanovo, „Energorazpredelenie Pleven” ЕАD, Pleven and others. For the time being the company employs about 140 workers.
