    Advance payment of the participation fee is mandatory and it guarantees the delegate's registration.
    The Organizing Committee does not undertake the commitment to register any delegates without a transferred participation fee.

    Additional Couverts



    Additional couverts for accompanying persons for lunch or participation in the cocktail party can be purchased from the Secretariat on-site or requested using this form.
    The price of a lunch couvert is 23.00 EUR.
    The price for a couvert for the cocktail is 54.00 EUR.
    The additional couverts requested with this form must be paid to Bulatom's account, together with the Participation fee.

    If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you should send an e-mail to the Riviera team at info@rivierabulgaria.com. You will receive a link for your payment in the feedback. By filling in the details on the link, the Riviera team does not have access to your card details, it only has information whether the payment has been made.
    A scanned copy of the invoice will be sent to you by E-mail and the original will be provided to you at the reception upon check-in at the respective hotel by Riviera AD.
