Sponsorship and exhibition space

Possibilities for sponsorship are available for companies, which are supporting the development of nuclear energy in Bulgaria and have longtime business relations with the respective state-owned structures and firms in Bulgaria.

Sponsorhip Packages

GOLD SPONSOR 10 000 EUR

The Gold Sponsor of the Conference will receive:

  • Participation of two representatives in the conference without payment of the participation fee.
  • Inclusion of a presentation presenting the activities and achievements of the company/organization in the Program on the First Day of the Conference.
  • Participation of two representatives in the Conference Luncheon on June 4, 2025, given by the Chairman of the Bulatom Board for all official guests, heads of state companies and organizations, and representatives of the Diplomatic Corps in the Republic of Bulgaria.
  • Provision of a central advertising stand including a table with two chairs on which advertising materials and souvenirs can be placed.
  • Provision of space for the installation of two company advertising banners.
  • Advertising the company, and placing the company logo on all conference materials:
    • The program
    • The decorations of the Conference halls
    • Other materials provided by the organizers for the conference participants
  • Organization of B2B ( individual) meetings if requested
  • Placement on Bulatom’s website, reflecting the preparations for Conference 2025, of promotional information about the company’s/organization’s activities and achievements (the information will be visible on the website 5 months after the conference). The information should be prepared by the company sponsoring the Conference.

SILVER SPONSOR 5 000 EUR

The Silver Sponsor of the Conference will receive:

  • Participation of one representative in the conference without payment of the participation fee.
  • Inclusion of a presentation presenting the activities and achievements of the company/organization in the Program on the First Day of the Conference.
  • Participation of one representative in the Conference Luncheon on June 4, 2025, given by the Chairman of the Bulatom Board for all official guests, heads of state companies and organizations, and representatives of the Diplomatic Corps in the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Bronze Sponsor of the Conference will receive:

  • Inclusion of a presentation presenting the activities and achievements of the company/organization in the Program of the First Day of the Conference.
  • Provision of a central advertising stand including a table with two chairs on which advertising materials and souvenirs can be placed.
  • Provision of space for the installation of one company advertising banners.
  • Advertising the company, placing the company logo on all conference materials:

    • Other materials provided by the organizers for the conference participants
  • Placement on Bulatom’s website, reflecting the preparations for Conference 2025, of promotional information about the company’s/organization’s activities and achievements (the information will be visible on the website 5 months after the conference). The information should be prepared by the company sponsoring the Conference.

Companies wishing to participate as sponsors in the organization of the Bulatom Conference 2025 can declare their wish in the registration form – Part I item 6. They will be offered a form of contract under which the sponsorship will take place

Due to the limited number of advertising spaces available at the Riviera Beach Hotel – the conference venue, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to provide such spaces first to companies willing to participate in the conference as sponsors.
