CILTUG Inc. was established in 1971 and is currently in production, with a total of 50,000 sqm are with 2 workshops, located in the city of Gaziantep, 220km from Iskenderun Sea Ports.

All production progress: fabrication, heat treatment, machining, blasting & painting works are carried out by our experienced engineers and technical personnel at our own workshops with a 10,000 ton/year capacity for conventional mechanical equipment, piping, pressurized vessels, welded fabrication, and precision machining works.

Quality, traceability and on-time deliveries are our priority. For manufacturing processes, PQR as per ASME SEC. IX or EN ISO 15614 and WPS as per ASME SEC. IX or EN ISO 15609 are followed strictly. All welding activities are carried out by our welding engineers along with welding technicians who has certified as per EN ISO 9606-1. NDT activities are carried out by our own inspectors who has certified as per EN ISO 9712 or SNT-TC-1A.

CILTUG workshops are producing equipment for:

  • NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS. Fabrication of: Turbine and Generator Components, Suction Pipe Elbows for Reactor Cooling, Monitoring and Chemicals storage tanks & Control equipment, Embedded &Anchorages parts, Nuclear waste drums and casks, Chariot transport bouilleurs, Hydrotechnical Structures, Heat exchangers, Pressurized Vessels and Equipment under Safety Class-3 & 4.
  • HYDROPOWER PLANTS: Fabrication and Erection of Hydro mechanical and Electromechanical Equipment such as; Radial gates c/w flap and stoplog gates, Power intake gates, trashracks, Penstocks (high pressurized pipes), expansion and flexible joints for transmission and power lines, Bifurcations, trifurcations, Bottom outlet sliding gate & jet flow gate valves, Butterfly & Conical valves (Howell Bunger valves), Spiral case & Stayrings, draft tube, elbow and cones, inlet pipes, Head Covers, bottom rings, gate operating rings and regulating rings for wicket gates for turbines, Turbine housings and pit liners for Francis, Kaplan and Pelton Turbines, Distributors, collectors and manifolds for Pelton Turbines, Stator frames, rotor spiders, upper & lower brackets for generators.
  • WIND POWER PLANTS: Fabrication of: Steel wind towers, Turbine transportation frames and nacelle housings, Anchorage flanges and foundation rings, Stator house, rotor house, Stator base frame, rotor and generator frames, Mechanical kit sets.
  • THERMAL POWER PLANTS: with Heavy-duty Simple and Combined Cycle Gas Turbines: Fabrication of Housing and frames for thermal steam and gas turbines, Steel welded constructions, Pressurized vessels, steam boilers and boiler anchorages and boiler platforms, Petroleum storage and flow process tanks c/w instruments and accessories, Cryogenic tanks and accessories.
  • DEFENSE INDUSTRY. Fabrication of: Main Power Production Equipment. Tools, Mooring bed, and propeller shaft, Marine equipment, and vessel doors. High capacity Motor and reduction frames.
  • CEMENT FACTORIES. Fabrication of: Cylindrical Links and shells for Kiln, Silo, hopper and cyclones, Conveyor Lines.
