Conference Fee for Foreign Participants

Advance payment of the participation fee is mandatory and guarantees the delegate’s registration. The organizing committee does not undertake the commitment to register participants without a transferred participation fee.

  • A scanned copy of the participation fee invoice will be sent to you by e-mail, and the original will be provided to you on-site during the registration process, before the start of the conference.
  • All associated costs, such as bank transfer fees, should be borne by the respective participant in the conference.
  • Requests for participation in the conference received after 24/05/2023 will be processed by exception. The payment of participation fee will be made on the spot, and the amounts can be paid in cash or by credit/debit cards. Cards accepted at Riviera Holiday Club: VISA, Mastercard.

Conferenc Participation Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • If a cancellation request is sent by e-mail before 04/30/2023, an amount equal to the participation fee is refunded, deducting from it the amount equal to 10% for administrative costs.
  • If an email is sent with a request for cancellation by 05/24/2023, an amount equal to the participation fee will be refunded, with 50% deducted for administrative costs.
  • After 24/05/2023 no participation fees will be refunded.
  • Canceling requests will be processed only if they are received in writing either via email or by post (the date of sending the letter from the postmark applies). The Cancelling requests should be addressed to the Organizing Committee (regarding participation fees) and Riviera Holiday Club (regarding the hotel accommodation).

*The price of the apartments is per property. When accommodating 1 adult, the full amount is charged.

Accommodation terms:

  • Check-in: After 15.00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: By 12.00 on the day of departure.

All hotel prices are in Euros per room per day and include overnight stay, breakfast and insurance, use of outdoor/indoor pool in the complex, gym, umbrella and sunbed on the beach or at the pool.

Every guest is obliged to observe the hotel’s internal rules!

Prepayment of hotel accommodation is mandatory and is a guarantee for the delegate’s registration, as well as for his accommodation in the hotel of his choice.

Accommodation Cancellation Requests Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations can be canceled without penalty until 24/05/2023 at the latest.
  • For cancellations after 24/05/2023 or no-shows a penalty of 1 night is due for each booked and canceled or unoccupied room.
  • Requests for cancellation will be considered valid only if they are sent in writing to Riviera Holiday Club by e-mail or by post (the date of sending the letter from the postmark is valid).

    Additional couverts for accompanying persons for lunch or participation in the cocktail party can be purchased from the Secretariat on-site or requested using this form.
    The price of a lunch couvert is 20.50 EUR.
    The price for a couvert for the cocktail is 47.00 EUR.
    The additional couverts requested with this form must be paid to Bulatom's account, together with the Participation fee.
